Hello my name is Ethel I need a home. A really nice man found me in the street in front of his home one morning. I was really in bad shape. I was starving and dying of thirst, so the nice man took me in and gave me some food & water.Someone wrapped a collar around my neck too tight and it hurt my neck. My neck is now healing and my hair will now have a chance to grow back. UPDATE; My neck has almost healed and my fur has grown back.Unfortunately, he has no room for me. He already has three other dogs. Please adopt me. I will love you forever. I am very sweet female with a great personality. I am about 1 year old and weigh about 45lbs.
